Easily accessed, the Wasatch Range offers some of the states best outdoor opportunities -- rock climbing and skiing in the Cottonwood Canyons, beautiful peaks, and hundreds of miles of hiking trails.

Climbing

   
An easily accessed 100 foot bolted route for rapelling or climbing.

Hiking

   
A demanding hike to the airy summit of Lone Peak, located in the unique Lone Peak Wilderness Area.

Winter

   
One of Utah's better backcountry skiing areas. Especially good for beginner or intermediate cross-country skiers. Always seems to have great powder snow for tele turns.
   
Tibble Fork is a popular winter recreation take-off point. It offers some good areas for both beginner and intermediate level cross-country skiers, as well as advanced backcountry powder slopes. Plus family sledding near the parking area.
   
Another good area for snowshoeing, beginner cross country skiing, telemark skiing and winter camping...but without the crowds.
   
A skiing/snowshoeing route that gets you away from the crowds, a quick outing that can be done in a morning. Located beneath Snow Basin Ski Resort.
